8 oz of crushed Pineapple
3 Cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 Cup Nuts
Bake 1 hour-325 degrees
Yield: 2 loafs
