cook gizzered,liver,neck than grind up
add 1 pound cooked pork
1-1/2 cups boiled celery
1 onion graded
salt,pepper,sage
Put bread in a large dish, add meat,onion,and celery,salt,pepper, and sage
Pour broth from neck and mix till moist.
